“Reached out to Ductworks to see what options I had with an older AC central air unit. Sean came out to the house on time. He went over the entire unit taking measurement's and pictures while he explained what he was doing. He provided a written quote later that day that gave me 3 options to chose from. Had Ductworks come out to do an entire replacement of an older R22 AC unit. I selected a date was told to expect the crew between 8 – 8:30. On the day of service received a text at 7:31 that Vinny, Ethan, Shawn and John were on the way. They arrived on time and were very pleasant. I showed them the unit and they went right to work. They placed tarps throughout the interior of my home and explained what to expect. Answered all of my questions and never once talked down to me. After the install was completed they went over the new unit and how to properly use it to its maximum potential. They stressed that if I had any questions or issues after they left to contact the service department immediately. They were very sincere about that and didn't sound like a very well rehearsed speech. Was very happy with Ductworks throughout the entire start to finish process, and plan on using them again in the future.”
