I recently had a split and central air HVAC system installed, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. Devin, the sales representative, was knowledgeable and straightforward—he explained the options clearly and helped me choose the right setup for my home without any pressure.

The installation team — Zachary, Terry, Uriel, Fernando and two additional crew members — did an outstanding job. Zachary was especially helpful in walking me through the process, and the entire crew was professional, efficient, and respectful of my home. They completed the work on schedule, cleaned up thoroughly, and made sure everything was working perfectly before they left.

The new system is running flawlessly, and the difference in comfort is immediate. I highly recommend this team for any HVAC work — from sales to installation, they were reliable, skilled, and a pleasure to work with.

If you are looking for new heating or air conditioning or need service....you might want to consider Eric at Ductworks. We got 3 quotes on replacing our air conditioner when it finally showed signs of leakage and not maintaining cool air flow in 2019. Our old unit limped along for about 16 yrs. Ductworks was the most affordable of 3 quotes, that didnt sacrifice quality and service. Before our official install date in August, they serviced the old air unit in May at no charge and fixed a burned out compressor in the heat of July to help us limp along to our replacement date comfortably during our rolling heat waves in 2019. When they replaced our unit, they were efficient, clean, helpful and courteous. I highly recommend them. Amazing attention to detail. I have already recommended them to a neighbor who also just got her unit replaced by them a few weeks after ours.

I am new to the area and I got a recommendation for Ductworks from a neighbor. We decided to hire them to replace our furnace, hot water tank and central air conditioner. We first met with Zac to discuss our options and what was needed. Zac is great in explaining HVAC, this helped tremendously for us to make our decision on what we needed to have done.

They did an awesome job! Shawn was great, as were the other 2 technicians. The team was very knowledgeable, professional and nice. I'm going to continue to have a service contract with Ductworks. I would highly recommend them.

The technician charged me 350.00 to “clean” the furnace. I called because it was cycling on and off just blowing cool air. He said he changed the filter which was not the truth. I changed it the day before he came yet he documented he did. The inside of the furnace looks exactly the same. Dirtier actually. I had a different company come out the next day and he misdiagnosed the issue which he wanted to charge me over $900.00 I got it repaired for $500.00.
