When I decided to make the switch from oil to gas, I was looking for multiple companies but Eric gave me the best price. The whole change lasted 2 days. The 2 guys that came, worked very cleanly and made no mess outside or inside. Same day appointment. Tim was early for the appointment, looked at the water heater and determined it needed to be replaced. He had two more guys bring the water heater and had the job complerted in an 1 1/2 hours. All three of them were friendly and professional. I'm very happy that we used Duct Works and would recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC work.

This HVAC service company was very responsive and helpful when we had an AC breakdown recently. They went out of their way to assure we would get the right part that was needed and wouldn't have to pay for unneeded parts. They sought out a part for us and got the repair done quickly.
