Same day appointment. Tim was early for the appointment, looked at the water heater and determined it needed to be replaced. He had two more guys bring the water heater and had the job complerted in an 1 1/2 hours. All three of them were friendly and professional. I'm very happy that we used Duct Works and would recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC work.

This HVAC service company was very responsive and helpful when we had an AC breakdown recently. They went out of their way to assure we would get the right part that was needed and wouldn't have to pay for unneeded parts. They sought out a part for us and got the repair done quickly. Plus everyone on the phone and who came to the house was pleasant and had a helpful, customer-focused attitude. I highly recommend Ductworks!

Justin Simoneau did a really great job. We’ve worked with few different HVAC technicians and liked Justin the best because he took time to check everything and recommended repairs in a cost effective ways for us as consumers. Other technicians will often just run the error codes, call customer support, and then give you a ridicules quote for repairs. But not Justin, he ran tests and checked all the parts, making sure we replace only what is needed without incurring unnecessary costs. A job well done, we need more technicians like that.

Customer service and follow thru from the office has been abysmal. 5 years later still dealing with install issues including poor insulation causing leaking and ceiling damage. Was promised by the owner that the next tech that comes out would check all the registers and make sure they are done correctly. That tech did not and said I would get a call later that week. 9 days later, no call. Called the office yesterday and was promised a call back… nada. Time to find a new servicer of my AC unit. Don’t get me started on how bad each tech was for the past years saying my AC unit sounding like a hurricane was normal cause they didn’t want to adjust the baffles in the attic. Look elsewhere.
