After I had 3 no shows of an HVAC contractor, I called Ductworks. Not only did Zach show up early he was so professional and kind. He taught me a great deal about how my heat pump works. All this time I thought it wasn't working right, it was!!
Just to take the time to explain everything he is doing and then what he did down to their charges, there were no surprises. Very thorough and professional! There's no one else I will call!! If I could give him 10 ⭐️'s I would!!!

I recently had a propane boiler installed by DuctWorks, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the result! Eric and Shawn were fantastic—handling the installation with expert precision and answering every question I had with patience and a smile. The system itself looks amazing and fits perfectly into the space. I also want to give a shout-out to the rest of the team—though I’m struggling to remember all their names, their professionalism and respect made a huge difference. Overall, the whole experience with DuctWorks was top-notch, and I highly recommend them!

This company is great. Furnace stopped working, I texted them from Google around 7pm and the contacted me within 20 mins and set an appt for next day. James was an awesome tech. Excellent work! Zack and James were amazing. I was scheduled for a routine annual maintenance service. It turned out that there was a gas leak in the basement from the summer when the town replaced the gas pipes on the street and into the house. They took control of a very dangerous and emergency situation and fixed the issue immediately and safely. I can not say enough about how patient, knowledgeable and caring they were. I’ve used Ductwork’s for several years and they are a fantastic company.

Extraordinary to say the least. Consistently I am finding the quality work performed by their technicians to be exceptional!!! This is epitomized by Jagger who together with another technician completed a challenging job on our boilers' expansion tank valve. Every single one of them we consistently find to be a joy to work with. This extends to the adept , and eagerly helpful office staff, parts / inventory associates-- big shout out to Dennis, both knowledgeable and so committed to the high standards set throughout Ductworks--including supervisors and management. Zach, Ethan, and Fernando did an excellent job installing our furnace and condenser. Zach took the time to educate us on important maintenance tips to help prolong the life of our equipment. He also identified an issue with our breaker switch—the builder had mislabeled it—and Zach found the correct one and relabeled it for us. He patiently walked us through the operation of the furnace as well.

Zach and his team were very considerate, making sure to cover the rugs before installation to keep everything clean. The entire setup process was smooth and easy. Devin came to our home, assessed our equipment, and provided options and an estimate the same day. There was no high-pressure sales pitch or lengthy presentation.

I highly recommend Ductworks for their professionalism, attention to detail, and customer-first approach.

The Ductworks team did a great job and Eric Paradis who le the team made sure the new installation addressed problems of the older system. The new install was completed within a week and now we're all set for the winter! The new system is very quiet, more effective and more efficient.

I wanted to take the time to write a review for Ductworks because they truly went above and beyond for us. This past weekend, we had a scary situation happen where our 25 year old hot water heater broke, causing the fire dept to come. I texted Ductworks on a Friday night well after business hours in a panic and they answered within 2 minutes. They sent Jimmy to replace our unit who did such a great job and has done multiple jobs for us at this point (we also had him come fix our AC and heating system when we first moved into our home). He always recommends great products and is so nice and helpful. We finally feel like we have safety and peace of mind knowing we got this situation under control. We will always give them a call for our future hvac and more needs. We genuinely trust their advice and their service is very professional and high quality. The relief of their fast acting response and immediate jump to action was very comforting during an unpredictable time and we really appreciate it. Thank you Ductworks!

Tucker was likely the best technician I have ever had in the 20 years of home ownership. He worked on my system that they typically don’t even service and he took the time to figure it out. They have come out for an appt in a timely manner and figured out the problem quickly. Nadia was very nice and is wonderful in customer service.
